My sister is supposed to get married the 28th and has had this lined up for months. They called last week to confirm details and the people at the company were out of town for a funeral and would call back Friday the 20th. No call back. My sister and her fiancé called Monday and Tuesday multiple times, multiple messages left and no return calls. UNRELIABLE AND UNDEPENDABLE. DO NOT USE!!!!
The limousine is all rusted out and the top is peeling from cracks vinyl top..air sometimes works but when it did the blower motor was very loud..It smells inside and dirty ...I have never been so embarrassed in my life as I rented it for my Son's wedding ...I call and texted the owers but no response from them..I wouldn't recommend them to anyone..i wish I could give a -5 stars
It’s hard for me to leave a 1 star review for any local business, I prefer to try and work it out verbally but unfortunately she will not return any calls. As with most people we thought our daughter wound have a homecoming so in preparation for this we booked a limo and put a deposit down. My wife called to cancel because obviously homecoming wasn’t going to happen and called the owner, she said on the phone said she would issue a refund but had to give us cash, and would call us back to schedule a time to meet. Would like to give a big shout out to luarks limos they have gone above and beyond to make sure that even in this horrible time to make sure we receive our deposit back it is not their Obligation to but have just would like to say THANK YOU FROM THIS SENIORS MOM this is a difficult time for anyone thank you for under standing I’m sure it’s not easy for you to
stole my money when they said they’d reimburse me in cash 6 days ago, never did, when i cancelled my rental 2 months in advance.👍🏻
