The previous review is really weird to me. In fact, I'd even say it's a bit a comical, because Dr. Nguyen is the last person I would ever describe in that way. The reviewer (Jim) must have him confused with somebody else? I say that b/c Dr. Nguyen is none of the things Jim claimed. He's the exact opposite. The man is incredibly kind, gentle, soft-spoken, and empathetic. And I say that as someone who has a very real FEAR (debilitating anxiety/embarrassment) of the dentist.
