Lutek has a terrible product and customer service. They installed into drywall and left multiple unused holes. Their customer service is terrible. Avoid this company like the plague. Go anywhere else.

Pam was extraordinary! Very courteous, personable, and professional. She came out to our house twice to show more samples and helped us navigate through several options to achieve our goals at a great price! She even referred us to her colleague to fix our current blinds in a spare room saving us even more money. I highly recommend Pam and Lutek for amazing customer service and superior shades/blinds.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had to call last week to follow up with where we are in our project since it was well over the time they said it would take for our materials to come in and was told by a gentleman that Jessica would be giving me a call back to schedule our install.
