Unprofessional , quality of products and services are the worst...I took this line from someone else because it explains perfectly who this business is! We bought what we thought was quartz, to find out after all installed it was fake! It was a thin piece of quartz on top of white stone, like a lament! Seen lu granite at the home show we had them come get specs the Monday after. We needed all new cabinets and counter tops. Well it's been almost 2 weeks and after mutiple follow up calls we still haven't recived the estimate. Needless to say we will not be doing any business w them. If we can't get an estimate after 2 wks, that shows as a precursor to how all will go.

Grateful to have a place like Lu Granite in Visalia, where we can get beautiful granite countertops at wholesale prices They don't install, (they used to refer to outside installers, but stopped doing that when they got a bad review because of outside installers.) They are just the wholesaler, but they do have awesome granitefor an incredible price!
