If you have a choice, don't come here, especially to Dr Lai. Today I went to see him after pleading with the receptionist that I need to see a doctor as Dr Lu's hours don't work as I moved away. Dr Lai took me in, and I told him two issues. He only dealt with one and then proceeded to bash Dr Lu saying he's his whipping boy and clearly they have their own issues. If I could give this doctors office zero, I would. You make appointments and you have to wait two hours to see a doctor only not to be seen. When the doctor does see you it’s for two minutes and does not provide any valuable feedback. Save your time and find another doctor ( Dr. Syu and Dr.Lu)
