Needed help to get my only vehicle back on the road after a fender bender. Called and was able to bring my truck in that day (on a Monday after 4th of July weekend) and got it back that afternoon. I was amazed at the quality of the repair. Professional, Friendly and Very good at what they do. Have had work done there before and will go back again.
I had needed to replace my passenger side doors. They communicated and worked real fast. Definitely will use them again for any body work.
These guys got my car looking better than it did before the accident. They took care of everything with the insurance company and made the repair process simple and easy.
Took my car in after being hit in a parking lot. First met with Ben on Friday, who looked over everything and took pictures. I had an estimate in a couple of hours and scheduled drop off Tuesday. Dropped off with Addison and sign agreement Tuesday and he assured me the car would be completed for the weekend (4th of July being Friday). I called Friday morning and Addison said it would be ready at 12. Picked up and paid. By far easiest dealings I’ve had with a body shop and car looks great!
I had an excellent experience with Lu and Addi’s. I brought my car in for a deep scratch and now it is like the scratch never happened. The owner and staff are very friendly and offered fair pricing. I would recommend them to anybody.
