Recently purchased this bmw 5 series from LTV. Dealt with chap called Steve who was very professional and I would definitely be buying next car again from these guys. All of the cars that were in stock all looked stunning. Felt like taking them all home. But jokes aside it’s hard to find a honest and trustworthy used sales places but Steve went above and beyond and was 100% trustworthy and honest.
Fantastically run business. Normally skeptical of car salesmen but Kevin was great. Helped me with all my questions no matter how big or small. Sorted out a delivery across the country which was affordable and timely. Couldn’t recommend enough.
I made enquiries about a Range Rover yesterday and was advised I could view it today. I called again this morning to arrange this and spoke with Kevin, who advised the car was in prep and he would arrange a time for me to view the car today. I established with Kevin, what service history the car had and its registration number in order for me to obtain an insurance quote and also look at the car's history on DVLA's website. A fabulous service to match my fabulous car! Kevin and his team are so professional and guide you through the whole purchase process. After care service is second to none. They collected my car from my home, made the alterations, added my private registration and returned the car to me on the same day. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from LTV again.
