Now I'm not necessarily a customer of their machine services so I can't comment on that, but I have purchased from their machines countless times at my workplace. 90% of the time it's fine, a somewhat smooth experience, great. Can't complain about that. Their vending machine charged me for a drink but did not provide with a drink. They do not answer e-mails, terrible Customer service. Last time I used their vending machine.

Faulty machine, charged for hot water several times and the customer service representative is insisting on filling out a form after giving them all the information required with my bank receipts, time, date, last 4 digits of my card number, the faulty machine number and location of the machine, but apparently it's not enough! I hope you go bankrupt!
