Terrible service. Installed incorrectly. System has old software and to update the Software they want to charge you extra. Avoid at all costs
Awesome CCTV and Alarm systems
Waste of money. The app updated and now I can't access anything. The app support ignores you; each office in USA ignores you when you email them. Try another company as this one is useless dealing with a black hole.
I have these cameras installed and I need the mobile number changed. I have been ignored by the company and installers. I have had to hire another security company to fix this only to find out the cameras were not installed correctly by a authorised installer. My personal privacy is at risk and they dont seem to care. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
