Spoke with representative Archer Huang. He was extremely rude on the phone. I asked to speak to another representative. He refused to transfer my call. He said that no one else worked for the company. I asked who I spoke to before, he said that it was him and he likes to do role play and the I was stupid for believing he was some one else. I'm a relatively new security company and I've been gradually building my customer base. LTS has been very helpful with the preplanning process of my projects AND provides excellent support afterwards. Richard has been my go to guy but the entire team at this office has been great.
