This company is a lender for the buyer of our property. Weve had to extend closing three times because the lender has filed things late and has not communicated honestly regarding deadlines or anything at all. Its hard for the clients to get any information out of this company, they keep everybody in the dark about the loan process. We initially gave buyers a 45 day close and the lender has had to extend closing for an extra two months so its been over three months- thats how bad this whole situation has been.
Julio really made the impossible happen. We never thought we were going to be able to make this loan happen and he sure did. Guy went above and beyond for our family. Forever grateful to him. We’ll be a client for life.
