First time here, 10/10 highly recommend. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to take me right away. Christy did my pedicure and she did such a brilliant job, really took her time and was very gentle. Will definitely be back again.

For the quality of work, they are skilled with mani and pedi. However, the friendliness and customer service needs to improve as it should go hand-in-hand. Please make more effort to talk to customers rather than talk to each other in own language. It makes a difference in the customer experience.

I've been coming here for years but there is a definite downturn in service. There used to be a dedicated reception, and there is not any longer, so your technician has to keep stopping to answer the phone or talk to walk ins. We had four pedicures and two sets of nails booked and they forgot about one of the pedicures, yet still continued to take walk ins.
