DO NOT RECOMMEND! They destroyed our tailgate with their forklift while loading grass onto the bed of our brand new truck. Refused to accept responsibility.
DO NOT USE LTI!!! A week after the snow/ice storm, we had our yard RE-sodded with Zoysia sod, which was purchased from LTI (Landmark Turf). The sod looked very brown and brittle, so we asked if it had been left out in the snow/ice but were told no. Needless to say, after several weeks of following the proper care instructions, it wasn’t growing. We contacted the installer who reached out to LTI and they said they would not warranty the sod.
