I am super impressed with Gus at LTech. I had previously taken my Giga 5 Jura machine to the suggested repair shop in Brisbane from the Jura Australia people. That company's repair was very lacking! Gus from LTech went ABOVE AND BEYOND fixing my very broken coffee machine baby. It looks almost brand new inside and out. Gus even cleaned the coffee bean hoppers! Works like a dream and the cost of repair, including replacement parts was extremely reasonable. Gus is now my "go to" guy for my Jura Giga 5.
Great service & very affordable. Would not use anyone else. Super knowledgeable specifically with the JURA Brand. Thanks again!
Gus is fantastic. Inexpensive and very knowledgeable. He only repairs Jura - the other repairers I called didn't know what a Jura was. Total price was less than half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. I'll be taking my machine back there if need be, but Gus also gave me a lot of information to avoid it breaking again. Had my Jura Impressa C5 serviced, since it was not in use for almost two years. The service I was getting was first class and 10 out of 10 as everything has been explained to me of what will be done and an estimate was provided.
