We sold product to LTD for years. They used to be an honorable customer. Now, under new ownership they refuse to pay any of our manufacturers. They won’t even reply to our repeated requests for payment with a plan. Sr Management hides behind their employees, who told us their plan was to pay people before Christmas 2022, then after Christmas and now just that they’ll see what they can do, and have done nothing .
