On calling up, the member of staff was super polite, helpful and patient as I was guided on obtaining details for a replacement tyre. Once complete got an immediate appointment, the prices were more than fair and the work done was done quickly all while the staff was so nice. Highly recommended and will gladly be coming back to here.
Friendly staff, efficient service
Visited the brettel lane branch, with a noisy heat guard, great service within 5mins of closing. Very helpful & polite:)
Quick reliable advice. No overselling. I asked them to check my tyres prior to my MOT. Replaced the two worst tyres. I wondered if all 4 might need doing but the staff assured me it was just the rear tyres only.
I’ve used LTC for many years, always get great advice and an excellent service.
