They accomplished our goal of getting out of the LTC tax, but now that we are moving out of the state we had to cancel. The process of canceling involves printing out confusing forms for both me and my spouse, filling them out and signing each separately, going onto their website's secure portal, filling out more information, and uploading the documents. It felt like way too many hoops to cancel a policy. If they fix this, I'd adjust the score to 4-5 stars.
