First of all, Ms. Lulit is a very sweet girl and does nice work, however I believe I was ripped off which is why I give this business one star!! I hired Ms. Lulit based off the referral from a family member. I received a generic contract from LTB which didn't specify her fee or breakdown how your budget would used. Going off the strength of the referral, I went ahead and signed the contract. My budget was $7,000. LTB designed two rooms for me, a good size family room and a breakfast room.
