We bought an rv from them and they had the lean release sitting on their desk for months and never calling us about it. Their response was “you should have tagged it before now”. Welp usually dealerships mail you the paper work and we couldn’t get the rv tagged before we got their lean release. They have no customer service skills and don’t care about you just your money.

Great customer service and quick to respond. LTA representatives are very helpful at finding or suggesting vehicles per customers' needs if available on their lot. Would definitely recommend checking them out! :)
