LT was recommended to me by one of LT’s regular clients for stretching and to get help with a shoulder issue I was having. LT did not disappoint! He explained what was happening with my shoulder mechanics and what I could do at home to strengthen and support the joint. The stretching? Excellent!
I love working out with LT. Fun & positive atmosphere. LT tailors your workout to your abilities & pushes you just enough. He is very good about working with your schedule and doesn’t make you feel like a failure if you have to miss sessions. Very convenient for people who travel a lot. He works with people of all ages & abilities. I would definitely recommend him.😊
