I had an issue with two malfunctioning light sockets on a dimmer switch. Lance carefully diagnosed and repaired the situation. He safely extracted the damaged light bulbs, replaced them and provided a recommendation for a more permanent solution. I found Lance to be very professional, courteous, smart and time-efficient. I would be happy to hire LT Weber again and recommend them highly to you.
Lance is an extremely aggressive driver on the roads and has a horrible attitude. He sped through a roundabout he did not have right of way at and caused all the traffic to slam on their brakes. Uses no turn signals. When confronted about his driving he states that he was not driving the truck, even though there was no one else in the truck. Very unprofessional.
Didn't show up for a meeting. No phone call or follow up of any kind.
Great service! Professional and on time. Had switches and plugs replaced. Very happy and highly recommend them.
