My insurance informed me that my roof was damaged and they could not insure it till it was fixed. I called LT and had Luke come out to take a look. He was polite and checked the whole roof. He informed me that there was nothing wrong and the insurance inspector only saw a piece of slate from a previous repair. He even fixed my gutter while he was up on the roof. Well he "repaired" my roof at the end of November '24. I contacted him because the nails under the shingles started coming up, and my garage roof was still leaking again in January. He lives 5 minutes from my house but told me that "he wasn't out my way". Now the drip edge he installed is curling away from the roof. I would not recommend this company. When people make the comment that "it's too good to be true", they wrote it about him. Pay for a professional to fix your roof.
No regard for your neighbors and doesn't clean up after a day's work. Left bird's nests and tons of nails and plastic all over neighbor's yard. Rude workers that blast music. Endured many days of construction, mess, and loud music. Even set up materials over neighbor's property line, blocking sidewalk for weeks.
