No regard for your neighbors and doesn't clean up after a day's work. Left bird's nests and tons of nails and plastic all over neighbor's yard. Rude workers that blast music. Endured many days of construction, mess, and loud music. Even set up materials over neighbor's property line, blocking sidewalk for weeks.
These guys work harder than most, seriously from dawn to dusk. I appreciate that they never bothered me with questions. They know their job, and just did it.
Luke and his assistant Jake just finished replacing our old siding. I knew we were getting a great contractor because he replaced our roof a couple years ago. Luke was really patient with us as we changed our minds a couple times on the type and color of siding we wanted. He answered all our questions without making us feel like idiots. :) He and Jake were on time, worked all through the day and into the evening. Their work ethic is top notch and they are passionate about making your house look good.
AMAZING. First contractor we hired didn't show up and kept making excuses. (Blackdog) LT gave us a price and did an entire house roof and repaired an enclosed porch for the same amount that the other company gave just for the porch. GREAT guys. GREAT work!
