Great staff super helpful
Go elsewhere. The 2 girls at the desk are knowledgeable & very nice. Heaven forbid if the owner in the office has to get up & come to the counter. Angry attitude & countenance, refused to have her crew install. Guess they only want whole house installs. I hired an installer. Threshold, top & sides of door were level. Door didn't hang level in the opening, side lite had a squashed gasket that shows daylight. Co sent out door rep & sales guy. Rep said installer should have taken a shim out of the frame. I got all siding, windows, doors and stone for my new home with LT siding. One of the best company’s I have ever dealt with, very professional and great people!
Do not use this company. They quoted us for a front door and then doubled the price right before we put our money down and ordered it. Dee is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
