So I purchased a unit from LT Rush but Had trouble keeping it lit. The representative from LT Rush Continued to reach out to the distributor on my behalf, as the manufacturer in France was unresponsive. The representative from LT Rush, and the local distributor representative drove from Virginia, came to my home and resolved the issue.
