Everything LT property management claims to be is a lie or has not been the case for some time. Communication is nonexistent, you will not be able to ever reach anyone by phone. I have called over a dozen times as well as my roommates and no one has ever picked up or called back. They also deleted my online portal so I have no way to pay rent which seems almost criminal. Stay away if you value your time/sanity!
