Requested level 2 pedicure. The lady who did it wasn't friendly and she rushed through it. Still have calluses and cuticles. Didn't clean up the paint on my skin either.
They said walk in welcome and then told me I had no appointment to come back in an hour or so...they were rude and I didn't get my nails done there.
I had a mani-pedi done with Shelina and Julia. Incredible service and people! Shelina suggested gel x to help with my thin nails and took her time. Julia painted and did my pedicure which both turned out wonderful! Will be coming back!!
Scheduled an appointment for a pedicure at 3pm and didn’t get started until 3:55pm. There were other people in there waiting a very long time and also had appointments. I don’t mind waiting normally but almost an hour is wild. The staff was nice but the service was average at best. The pedicure felt rushed and not very thorough. There was lots of dry skin on my feet still after she finished the polish and I had to ask her to finish scraping it off for me before I left.
