I originally went in to get my truck tuned and to have the dod turned off. It was quick, easy and affordable. About a year later my transmission went out 200 miles from home. I called and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. They were able to help me limp my truck home and get me on the schedule for a new transmission. They were honest, upfront and great to work with. I’m a customer for life now. Garrett was easy to talk to and helpful.
Got my 1LE tuned by them and they did a fantastic job, I’ve been to almost every LS based tuner in the state and I’ll certainly be recommending them and using them moving forward. Communication was on point and they did exactly what they said they were gonna do. Any negative reviews you see are probably due to ignorance by the customer
