Trying to see about filing a proper complaint . As I was coming out of surgery getting wisdom removed, resident (going to get his name ) made remarks that was untrue as I was coming out of anesthesia. Didn’t think I heard him but I did . I was accused of smoking when I don’t smoke. Also I wasn’t going to but he also stuck me 4-5 times trying to find vein for iv that left we looking like my arm is of drug use. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to anything medical and Dr. Han made sure I was comfortable and informed. I woke up extremely pleased with little to no issues at all. I am so grateful for the awesome team at lsu for taking great care of me and would recommend everyone to them!
After researching the reputations of different Dr's me and my daughter chose Dr park and the day of the appt we got a resident with no explanation of why or how it changed. The actual exam etc went well but as far as scheduling, rescheduling, or just needing to ask a question about insurance, balance, or if my child needs transportation since Dr didn't mention and we didn't know to ask until a friend said she wasn't able to drive when she had her procedure done. Dr. Wilkinson did a fantastic job with my wisdom teeth surgery! He was incredibly professional and eased any and all of my nerves. I am now a couple days post-op and have experienced minimal pain and swelling. I would highly recommend the LSU Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic. The staff were all very kind and made me feel comfortable prior, during and after my appointment!
