Working with Steven Rakowski’s law office was a major disappointment. Promises were not fulfilled, and the serious errors made turned the decision to hire this firm into a regrettable mistake. Subpoena orders were issued, but the responses were never reviewed. A person without legal credentials was assigned to communicate with me — although polite, she was not qualified to make decisions or commitments on behalf of the firm. Steve took a difficult divorce with prior attorney that was overcharging and extending (in partnership with opposing attorney) to reasonable settlement and fought with skill and intelligence to end maintenance upon post-decree life circumstance changes…outstanding attorney and above all, trustworthy.
