The Permanent jewelry experience was a wonderful, wonderful experience. Dwayne and Arielle are both amazing and were a blessing to meet and encounter. Love the chicago swag that ari brings. It was amazing!! We still definitely be back!

But when I contemplated booking again, I realized I no longer felt comfortable doing so. Reason being general lack of empathy and understanding from the last time I had to cancel a service.
