Really rude customer service. They sent the wrong product and really developed an abrasive attitude in fixing their mistake.
Bought one for my 91 year old mother. NO OFF button. Called the company. They said automatic shut off. After 7 hrs still did not shut off. They were nice enough to send another unit at no cost. Same problem. I find it interesting when you sell a product and give instructions (in the manual) on how to install the batteries to a senior with POOR eyesight and say NOTHING on how the unit is turned off. You expect this person to remove the batteries after each use.
