Just finished my 5 year plan with them. I don’t think I could have paid the cards off without this debt management plan. Very easy to work and always nice, helpful, and responsive (I hardly needed to communicate with them after the initial part of the process. It was rather seamless.) Highly recommend if you are struggling to pay off credit card debt.
I’m grateful for all the help LSS Financial Counseling has provided me. They have answered my numerous questions and have guided me throughout my struggles with my debt. I would recommend their services to anyone struggling with debt.
I'm just getting started and so far so good. Right now I gave 4 stars because they don't negotiate debt reduction, which would reduce the high interest already accumulated in the debt; although, paying lower interest will help going forward. All of my communication has been by email and I've received prompt responses. There was a lot of work on my part, but it was necessary to give my representative the documents to do her job.
