Brand new 7500 lift the winch box is stuck on up position trying to pull boat thru canopy frame. Brand new just assembled what a true piece of junk they don't answer there phones and probably don't care about the cheap junk there selling to people.

All please read this before buying a LakeShore product. We have owned a Lakeshore Vertical lift for about 5 years. We had a strong wind and the mounts at the bottom of lift all bent sideways. The wind was the issue and maybe a weak spot on the unit. I called and talked with the owner and not looking for anything but offered to send pictures of where it bent to maybe find ways to increase the strength on other models since seemed like a weak point. The owner was very disrespectful over the phone. The owner had the worst customer service attitude.. if I were you I would take your business elsewhere.
