LSM Outdoor Power Warranty Service is extremely bad. I bought a Scag Tiger Cat II 60", love the mower. The left rear drive motor went out, under warranty. LSM Denton has had my mower for 12 weeks now (6/30) and it's been completed for 4 weeks, but I cannot pickup my mower until they get their warranty check from Scag. Oh, unless I want to pay for it. The warrantee drive motor was not even sent to Scag until the first part of June. What is going on LSM?!
I took my surfer pro for warranty repair and it’s been there for more than 2 weeks and they can’t get the warranty to approve it may not be there problem but it’s taking way too long and I’m behind on couple jobs.
Jimmy and Bill are great and very knowledgeable on the products they carry. They have a huge selection of equipment. I've owned multiple lawncare companies over the years and I wish I would have found yall then.
