Very reasonable to rent from. If you have any issues they are promptly handled. I highly recommend.
LSM Investments truly cares about their tenants and their best interests. My stay was extremely smooth and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. They provide amenities at no additional cost of an already very affordable price.
Nice apartment and good price
I would give a zero if I could. In my situation they don't care about the tenants. I reported a dangerous situation with a roommate, and nothing was done. The house I lived in had a horrible roommate and that guy only cares about himself. He never abided by the rules, and LSM didn't hold him accountable.
LSM has been such a blessing to me! Before I ever rented an office space from them I did work for the owner and he is kind, fair and personable. The office staff is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I am so thankful for my office space and professional relationship with this company!
