Looks like this got taken down by some executives. So I'll post my experience again as a disclaimer to any people looking to work at this place. Used to work here in the Lighting Controls department from 2018-2021. I will say that the people I directly interacted with in my department were great. Delivered a load in less than 20 minutes.
LSI/EMI recruiter left a voicemail saying i would get an offer letter (EMI) that afternoon, i waited around all day, eventually called them to ask for an update… she claimed the GM Randy got into a FIGHT (😂) with the warehouse manager and couldnt send me the letter. I thanked her for the time and considered it a dodged bullet. 10 min later she called and said Randy “really really” wants me and the only reason they couldnt send it was there wasnt enough work to justify a hire (??) HOWEVER he was willing to give me a 1month c... read more
