Used to work here in the Lighting Controls department from 2018-2021. I will say that the people I directly interacted with in my department were great. However, that small amount of joy was vastly overshadowed by incompetent, hypocritical executives and archaic company policies. Great company and fantastic products.
Sounds like the place hasn't changed , from an employee standpoint haha. I worked here many moons ago , on an assembly/packaging line , and I eventually wrote a short story about what a nightmare it was to work there . It was one of those jobs where , from day one , I was counting down the number of days that I planned on stockings I around . Every day turned out to be very stressful ,
Awesome place to work at, good pay and good benefits
I hate this place. It took over 6 hours to get unloaded. I only have 12 bundles of steel. Half hour per bundle. And on top of that they only receive at night so you get no sleep. And can’t run the truck. Laying in a pool of sweat waiting to get done.
