Great products and service, communication, support. Team is very energetic and charming.
Most unhelpful company I have ever delt with. Have 2 lights which have failed (less than 2 years old) so called to ask if they are still available as i couldnt find the light on their website. I didnt even mention warranty, was going to buy. Asked what the lumen output of the light is so i can compare with others in the market and was just told "it will be the same as what youve got". Wouldnt give me any info. Asked for a spec sheet and was told they dont give out their spec sheets and if i want the lights just order through... read more
