I ordered a part two weeks ago via express post, no communication, called them multiple times for them to pass me along to communicate with live chat, said it was shipped a week ago and now they are saying that it hasn’t been shipped at all? This is so unprofessional and disappointing other than the fact I already paid for express shipping and it’s been weeks and the product still has not been sent, if you want professionalism from a company your purchasing from go somewhere else!
Ordered window trims for ve windscreen one of them was faded and looked worse than the original that came off the car
I ordered a set of fog lights and a front lower grill for my BF XR6 as a package deal on 21 January 2026. Items were delivered on 27 January 2026, however LSI Auto Parts sent the incorrect grill. Following discussions with the business I returned the incorrect grill and agreed to that they would forward the correct item to me, 'in about six weeks'.
