Two weeks ago I had my car in for some warranty work and trid to spend money changing some trims, still waiting for the promised call, very poor aftersales and from other reviews the management don't give two hoots!
The staff is very good very helpful. Waqas Ahmed is very courteous and professional. He helped me out all the stuff in my car and explained that some of the parts were not on shelf which he as order and they are expected to arrive in few days. Love LHS AUTO ERDINGTON.
Just bought a Mercedes from LSH Birmingham, Jaz Sehdeva, fourth car he has helped me purchase and i keep going back!!! BEWARE MERCEDES OWNERS- Please do not buy parts from these crooks.parts are not an issue, but when am issue arises with a part that’s when the reality really hits. They offer 24 months warranty being a Mercedes dealership with 6 within Uk. But they do not uphold warranties despite even confirming via email at the time of purchase. My reason- purchased AMG line drilled discs (not cheap) as to stay genuine and not get aftermarket etc. Within 2 months complained.
