Whether a novice or pro, you'll appreciate this gem of a studio. Offering a range of classes, you'll easily find one or several to suit your needs and goals. Instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. I continue to be impressed with Liz and the talented team at LSF!

Liz and her team at LSF Pilates are the best! Jackie was so helpful in my shoulder injury recovery and Sophia for private sessions. The instructors are patient, thorough, and educational. I am new to pilates and immediately felt welcomed and equipped. We went over everything from strength, to balance, to flexibility and I am excited for future private sessions. I would recommend the studio to anyone looking to better their fitness journey. I cannot wait for many more visits. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This studio makes you feel at home. Instructors are great, studio was clean, and the classes are small enough to get personalized guidance!

I love LSF Pilates! It’s an easy-going, fun environment with varied levels of difficulty. After taking several strength classes with Krista I already feel stronger and now I never want to miss a week of class!
