Love this studio. Great instructors, friendly people. Classes range from a good stretch to a solid challenge. Truly the best medicine, physically and mentally!

Kerry was terrific!!! She along with every instructor I've met @ LSF have been super friendly and welcoming. All the instructors have a strong passion for pilates and explains the exercises well. GREAT instructors and super cute studio!!! Absolutely love and recommend this studio to anyone that would like to give them a try.
Amazing studio, always clean, machines in great shape, wonderful teachers and classes for all ages and levels of fitness
