One-star reveiwer Trina Baker's experience with Bob Nadelen and Living Stone was not an outlier. We had the same experience as she did. Using Living Stone for our cabinets and countertops was insisted upon by our remodel contractor, with assurances they were quality and competitive. They were neither. Living Stone produced expensive, poorly measured, sloppily aligned and error-laden custom cabinetry resulting in either our contractor having to send sections back or make on-site adaptations that were never quite right. We just built a home over the last year and this is the only negative review I am leaving. Not that we didn’t have other issues, but none that caused us this much grief. If there was a way to leave ZERO stars, I would. In short, Bob Nadelen the owner of Living Stone Creations, is a very crude/rude man. The quality of workmanship on our cabinets that we received is unacceptable. Best Boss ever
We did a total house renovation and used Living Stone Creations to design and install master bath, wet bar and kitchen. Scott did an amazing job creatively laying out the cabinets to maximize space. He was quick to make design tweaks. They delivered the finished product on time and we were delighted with the results. Bob did an amazing job with the marble countertop.
