Alex has been very helpful with all the things I needed to get done as far as the welfare and helping me find a job. Alisa is great, too. We have one-on-one sessions, and she helps me a lot. Yelena greets me hello every time and makes me feel welcome. I appreciate the MetroCard$.
Everyone there is super helpful. Angie is wonderful. She makes our sessions fun and she’s easy to talk and vent to Miss Burroughs was excellent doing my intake great people.

Super rude, no matter how nice you are. Always playing games with you. Never respecting your time.they are always late. They don't notify you when they are going to be late or when they are not going to show up. They are supposed to open at 8 but are so late so often theyre convinced they open at 9 even though the website and google maps say they open at 8. God forbid you complain about any of it or they deliberately act even worse and more rude. If you are on time they make you wait ive waited for almost an hour with no one... read more
