I've been going here for a while. I have to say the owner, her mom and family are kind and usually very fair in their dealings.Taking off two stars due to today’s experience. The new technician took too long removing my gel polish, told me to wait 5 minutes, then began working on another client who arrived after me. I’ve never had a nail tech leave mid-service to start on someone else—is that normal now? I had an appointment, but my time was obviously not important to them.
