As a new member to Lean Strong, I was so impressed with their new client process. They really take the time to understand your goals and limitations and my workouts have been designed keeping that in mind. The coaching has been excellent! I’m excited to be back at the gym again!
Just finished my 3 week trial and for the first time I found a gym I feel safe walking into. Great feed back from the trainers but still feeling like you are working out independently.
Lean & Strong is the most comfortable gym I have used. I am always welcomed when I come through the door. Focus is on my form when I'm going through my program, not how much or how fast I perform. The coaches are encouraging & tell me when my form is good.Lean & Strong feels like community. I know people & they know me. I would recommend it in a flash.
I am very glad to have joined Lean Strong Fitness in April 2026 and continue to get to this gym regularly, three times a week, since then. I recognize the importance of resistance/functional weight training, especially as I age, and have tried and failed over the years to sustain a regular practice. In the past I got bored or in a rut very quickly doing the same routine.
