Lance made the time to come out and help me diagnose an urgent battery issue in between his other appointments. My truck had been stuck at a Fred Meyer parking lot for a few days. Very responsive and didn’t charge me for a simple fix. Absolute life saver!

Lance is by far the most transparent, knowledgeable, and kind mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He ran proper diagnostics to figure out what was the real problem instead of jumping to a pricey new part like a lot of mechanics do. It turns out my van only needed some new wiring to be back up and running. He even helped me figure out what was wrong with my cabin fan and got it fixed for me just in time for the hot weekend.
