What can I say about this man. He takes action in his own life and showcases it for everyone to come along the journey with him of self discovery. He eats, breathes and sleeps his mantra of supporting others that has lost their direction and need realigned with their higher self to become a true authentic version of who they really are and want to become. The coach's are very very racist. I was told to get back to Uganda despite being born here. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who isn't white.
Oh Holy Ghost boys just went out to LS results for a wee chest session and had an LS bolognese meal as pre workout. Was warming up with a deadlift and felt the runny skitters down me leg. Those LS meals go right through ye wouldn’t recommend
Terrible rude staff, they must get that bad manners from the owner.
