Ethan Price is walking proof that you don’t need intelligence or even a vague understanding of the job to call yourself an agent. He showed up to viewings confused mumbling half facts and Googling answers while pretending to know what he was talking about. Ethan tried to explain how appraisals work and somehow managed to confuse himself mid conversation. I wasn’t sure if I should laugh, cry, or call the ACCC. He answered questions like he was guessing.
