This company/person was contracted by my home warranty company to perform a pool repair. He did not show up on the first appointment that was set. He should up the very next day, looked around the pool equipment, asked a couple questions, tested for the existence of power at the pump, and packed up stating the control panel at the pump had to be replaced.
