I’ve had an amazing experience at LS Medical Spa! I’ve done several treatments like lip fillers and Botox, and the results were absolutely beautiful. The doctor and all the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I really love the way they work — their protocols are excellent, and they truly care about every patient. I came to this practice for an aesthetic procedure and was introduced to semaglutide. Since I was only in Florida for a week, I was told the medication could be shipped monthly. After spending over $700 in 6 weeks with no results, I tried several times to speak with Lorena, but she was always “busy.” Communication was limited to WhatsApp messages and voice memos via front desk staff—not appropriate for medical care.
