Mauricio Navarreto (hope I spelled his last name correctly) came to my house last night on an expedited A/C repair. He arrived around 8:00 - 8:30 pm and didn't leave until I had cool air in my home. He left around 10:30 pm. He was extremely professional, personable and DETERMINED to not leave until the problem was resolved. These people are liars!! I waited all day for my HVAC to get fixed and no one came! Even though I was promised that they would come today cause I’m not available the rest of the week because of work! I even called and was assured that someone would come out and no one came! Not even a call to say why no one came! I hate that I have to deal with these people for my repairs. I honestly don’t know if my A/C issue will ever get fixed smh
This might seem silly, but I just witnessed one of your technicians in Granbury stop on the highway to save a turtle. Any technician who cares enough to stop and save an animal-friend gets five stars from me.
L&S Mechanical is a perfect example of how warranty fine print can leave homeowners stuck. After only two years in a brand new home, my compressor failed completely grounded. While the part is technically under warranty, they refuse to provide it unless I also pay their labor costs, and won’t allow a licensed contractor of my choice to install it.
