UPDATE: about L&S did eventually order a new top to our dryer and did replace it Have to say I would give 5 stars if rating for electrical. This review is for HVAC, had someone check out our ceiling vents and the employee decided to stand on our dryer leaving a huge dent. This was about 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back from them. Who does that???
Poor customer service. The plumber pried the end of the faucet off with his screwdriver, and broke it. L & S was given the spec sheet to re order the part, which was mis ordered twice. I was told the re order would be expedited, and it has been months since the faucet was broke. The manager Mandy would not give me her last name or phone number. The customer service has been less than professional.
